Nightshade is a limited color run of our gothic cross stitch frames. You stitch straight into the frame and it becomes the finished display, with no hoop, no fabric, and no mounting.
The color is the reason this drop exists. Nightshade shifts from near-black to deep green as you move it in the light, so the color seems to travel across the carving. It sits especially well on the ornate and gothic shapes, where the raised detail is what catches the green.
This is a small-batch color made in our home studio. Once this run is gone, we may not print it again.

How it works
Stitch directly into the built-in perforated grid, which behaves like cross stitch fabric
Use standard embroidery floss and follow any pattern
Grid spacing is close to Aida 11, about 11 stitches per inch
When you are done, the piece is already framed, ready to lean, stand, or hang

Made to order in our home studio. Slight color variation and fine surface lines can show up close. This is normal and does not affect stitching or the finished look.
Because Nightshade shifts with the light, every frame catches it a little differently. No two are quite the same.
Finished pieces lean, stand, or hang. Wall hardware and stands are not included.
