Cross Stitch Boxes

A cross stitch box with a stitchable lid, so you stitch directly into the lid and your finished design becomes the top of the box. Inside, a removable clip holds your thread ends out of sight, so the piece stays clean when it is done.

The lid grid is close to Aida 11 spacing, familiar if you have stitched on fabric before. Stitch the lid, clip it in, and you have a small keepsake box to keep on a desk or give as a gift - no framing or finishing step at the end.

All boxes are sold blank. Thread, needle, and pattern are not included. Around 3 to 4 strands of floss works well, with a tapestry needle size 26.
